Frequently Asked Questions
Everything we get asked most often about our handmade crochet pieces, how long they take, and how to look after them. If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp and a real person will answer.
Ordering
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece is crocheted by hand after you order, so there are two stages. We make and dispatch in 2 to 5 business days, and delivery then takes a further 3 to 8 business days depending on your pin code. Order well ahead of an occasion, and check the order-by date shown on seasonal products.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it and before crafting begins. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will sort it out. Once your piece is on the hook we cannot unmake it.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your pin code, and it is free on orders over Rs990.
Can I get it delivered by a specific date?
Tell us the date in the special requests box at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable. We would rather turn an order down than miss the day.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. Wedding favours, return gifts, mehendi giveaways and corporate hampers are some of our favourite work. Tell us what you need on our bulk and corporate gifting page and we will come back with pricing and a lead time.
The pieces
What is everything made of?
Soft acrylic baby wool, which is what gives our pieces their plush look and keeps them light. Some designs also use beads, wire stems, magnets, chains or fabric linings, and those are listed on the product page.
Will the colour look exactly like the photo?
Very close, but not pixel-perfect. Screens vary, and yarn dye lots vary slightly between batches. If an exact shade matters, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we can send you a photo of the actual yarn.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the picture?
Because a person made it, not a machine. Stitch tension, petal curl and finishing vary a little from piece to piece. That variation is the point of handmade, and it is not a defect.
Can I ask for a colour that is not listed?
Often, yes. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind. If we have the yarn we will make it, and if we do not we will tell you rather than substitute something.
Do the flowers need water?
No. They are crochet, so they never wilt, never drop petals and never need a vase of water. Keep them out of direct sun and they will hold their colour for years.
Care
How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not machine wash, do not wring, and do not tumble dry. Wringing pulls the stitches out of shape and it does not fully recover.
How do I stop it getting dusty?
A gentle shake, or a soft brush, or the lowest setting on a hairdryer held a little away from the piece. For flowers, a quick puff of air through the petals every few weeks is enough.
Delivery and returns
What if it arrives damaged?
Reach out within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs or a video and we will replace it or refund you. Filming your unboxing makes this quick and painless for both of us.
Can I return something I simply changed my mind about?
Because every piece is made to order for you specifically, change-of-mind returns are not something we can take. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always eligible for replacement or refund. Hair accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty.
How do I track my order?
We share a tracking link by email, SMS and WhatsApp once your parcel leaves us. Until then it is still being made. Our track your order page explains each stage.

Who makes these?
A small team of women artisans working in Rohtak, Haryana. Every piece is crocheted by hand in small batches, and the country of origin on every product is India.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet. We sell online and ship across India. If you want to see something in more detail before ordering, message us on WhatsApp and we will send you photos or a short video of the actual piece.
