Track Your Order
Every order is crocheted by hand after you place it, so there is a making stage before there is a tracking number. Here is where your order is and how to reach us.
- 1 Order received We confirm it and add it to the making queue.
- 2 On the hook One of our artisans crochets your piece by hand. This is 2 to 5 business days and there is no tracking number yet.
- 3 Dispatched Your parcel leaves us and you get a tracking link by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
- 4 Out for delivery 3 to 8 business days from dispatch, depending on your pin code.
Find your order
Your confirmation email has a View your order link, which is the live status straight from us. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder, then message us and we will resend it.
Something not right?
If your parcel arrives damaged, reach out within 7 days with clear photographs or a video and we will replace it or refund you. Full details are in our refund policy.
