Order Processing

Every Taabaa product is handmade to order. Orders are typically crafted and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Custom, personalised or bulk orders may take a little longer — if so, we will keep you informed of the expected timeline.

Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India through Shiprocket and its partner couriers. Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities are generally quicker; remote pin codes may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code. Prepaid orders above ₹999 ship free across India.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we share a tracking link by email, SMS and/or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (re-shipping charges may apply).

Delays

While we do everything we can to dispatch on time, delivery timelines depend on the courier and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, regional restrictions or other events beyond our control.

At present we ship within India only. For international enquiries, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
