Description

A crocheted sunflower ring with a smooth wooden stick that slides through it to hold a juda in place, finished with a second sunflower dangling from a cord. It does the job of a bun pin and reads as jewellery while it is at it.

To wear it: twist your hair into a bun, hold the ring flat against it, then push the stick through the ring, under the bun, and back out the other side. It grips without pulling, and holds thick hair as well as fine.

The flowers are worked by hand in soft acrylic baby wool with a deep brown centre, so they never wilt and the piece keeps its shape wash after wash.

Handmade to order, so slight variations make every piece one of a kind.
